TASKS
  • As part of the Global Marketing Communications team, drive campaign conception and deployment into regions and markets
  • Based on the aligned strategic goals of the company and the specific segment, develop and deploy multichannel campaigns for their sector
  • Create Marketing materials, online and offline, e.g. in SoMe and via SEM and create conversion points, such as landing pages and lead-gen ads
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and create relevant reports, deriving insights and action items for further improvements and organizational learning
  • Align with sectors on newsletter topics and create the relevant content
  • Project management of initiatives and foster successful collaboration of cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate across functions, mainly with country teams, sectors and other Marketing disciplines
  • Enable the local markets to drive efficient digital initiatives by a close collaboration and clear success measures
  • Build deep knowledge on success factors for campaigns and champion insight and information share across teams and markets to build capability across stakeholders
PROFIL
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or business studies
  • First experience in the areas of product marketing, branding, performance marketing, or digital marketing will be highly regarded
  • A structured and independent approach to work as well as a result-driven approach with a pragmatic mindset and the ability to collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders
  • First experience in editorial planning, digital content creation, publishing as well as understanding of analysis and performance measurement of digital initiatives will be highly regarded
  • Emerging project management skills
  • Understanding of digital customer journeys
  • Confident use of standard software applications such as MS Office and MS Teams. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign desirable
  • Strong communication enabling the incumbent to interact across different levels of the hierarchy, functions and cultures
  • Ability to work effectively and with discipline in an international environment
  • Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
STUDY PROGRAM

With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year job-integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc./MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. STUDY PROJECT
The Junior Global Campaign Specialist (m/f/d) supports the implementation of the ZEISS Research and Microscopy Solutions (RMS) marketing communications strategy and marketing tactics via impactful campaigns. For their assigned segment and guided by an experienced team of Global Campaign Specialists, they partner the Sector Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and measure (primarily) digital initiatives along the complete customer journey from ad network, to website, to lead generation. They will steer external partners and internal collaborators supporting ZEISS RMS in the execution of initiatives.
